Ashton's Birthday Karaoke

Here are a few pictures of Ashton's Birthday.

Yes, my little boy is a big 6 years old now. I can't believe how fast the years go...

Of course we need to rip open all the presents -

(I think the wrapping paper cost me more than then gifts!)

His sisters then made him take a picture with them of him holding up every gift he received.

The first few pictures were just cute....
Then he started getting bored....

And, well... they started being silly after I while...

Then he just became scared... poor kid... yes - his sisters still use him like a doll and forcably play dress up with him. I don't know who hates it more, him or John.

All in all I think he had a pretty good birthday....

The video below is one I spent about 20 minutes trying to get. He was playing with my i-pod listening to music. He kept asking me what I was doing and I just told him fixing my camera... Any hoo... if you know my son, he really likes songs that have a beat and he loves to sing along. Ask his Uncle James how happy I was after he introduced Ashton to Rap!! It was fabulous... he was walking around the house singing at the top of his lungs words he clearly had no idea what they meant - thank god!!

Anyway he was singing the song called "Cheater, Cheater" by Joey and Rory. It's a country song about a guy who cheats on his wife...

the words that Ashton actually knows are ....

"Cheater, cheater where'd you meet her, down at Ernie's Bar?..."

Then he doesn't know anything until the chorus which is..

"I wish her well as she rots in hell and you can tell her I said so,

The part you see him singing is...
